At Cork Lifelong Learning Festival |  by Darragh Kane

As part of Pitch'd Circus and Street Arts Festival 2026, Circus Factory is hosting casual family workshops.

They’re inviting the kids of Cork to bring their grown-ups to the circus. The workshop is designed for kids and their grown-ups to try lots of circus equipment together like hula hooping, juggling, acrobatics, and tightwire. This event is suitable for kids aged 5+ with no upper age limit!

These workshops are family-friendly and a whole lot of fun. Although the workshops are 10.30 am - 1 pm, there's no strict start time. You and the family can come anytime between 10.30 am - 1 pm. You can even stay for the full 2.5 hours if you like!

Accessibility

• Wheelchair Accessible: Circus Factory is accessible by wheelchair with a wooden ramp with steel grips leading up to the venue with a wooden grab rail.

  • The toilets in the building are not wheelchair accessible.

    Guide dogs are welcome throughout the space.
